A recognition program launched in 2017 that highlights the achievements of insurance and risk management professionals. The U.S. Insurance Awards program also annually names a Lifetime Achievement Hall of Fame recipient.

What makes a good nomination?
Nominations that provide a straightforward narrative combined with facts and data to support the assertions in the narrative — for example, reduced total cost of risk by xx%, conceived and launched a new product, reduced claims by $xxx, increased revenue by $xxx, cut claims payment/policy issuance time by xx days. Remember, the judges likely will not be familiar with the details of the team’s work, and they will be making their assessments based on the 500-word descriptions that you provide. All the judges are knowledgeable about insurance and risk management, but they are not experts in all fields, so avoid jargon where possible. Concrete examples are easier to understand than conceptual descriptions.

No, we need to know who you are, though we don’t share nominator information with third parties.
Will more than one nomination from the same company be accepted?
You can nominate multiple teams from one company, providing they all meet the criteria for each category.
