Heather Graziani is AVP of the Global Risk Management group at Starr. She is responsible for managing Starr’s global captive fronting book of business across all profit centers. Before coming to Starr in 2020, she worked at AIG where she was responsible for underwriting the alternative risk transfer portfolio. She has been in the insurance industry over a decade, earning her MBA from Villanova University and Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University.
