Seth Madnick, Esq. is Managing Director of the Alliant Captive Group. Seth and his team assist clients with the feasibility, organization and operation of single parent captives, group captives and rent-a-captives. He handles consulting services surrounding various captive issues such as new coverages, capitalization levels and captive operations. He also provides captive strategic reviews for clients that already have captives.
Seth is a member of the American Bar Association along with the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section Insurance Regulation Committee, Captive Insurance Committee, and Excess, Surplus Line and Reinsurance Committee. Seth is also a member of the State Bar of California. Seth has published articles on integrated coverage programs, reinsurance and alternative risk transfer topics.
