The session will cover considerations that large global and multinational companies face in the cross-border tax space when forming and operating a captive, including transfer pricing considerations, IPT and income tax impacts including payment of claims to cross-border subsidiaries.

Following this presentation, audience members will be able to identify tax issues related to global captive expansion and global captive programs; determine questions that need to be asked before expanding their captive globally; and assess potential exposures companies may have with global captive programs in place.
