mishe Alao Cert CII is currently enrolled on the WTW CRB Graduate Programme, in the Director and Officers Liability team after graduating from the University of Leeds with a degree in Biomedical Sciences. She  was recently shortlisted for the Insurance Age Young Broker of the Year award, following recognition for her efforts in DEI. She has been a member of the WTW Multicultural Inclusion Network Committee for over a year and volunteers for social mobility charities during her spare time. Bamishe was previously a guest on the 100 Women in Insurance podcast, where she discussed the profound importance of establishing a broad network early in your career, overcoming social anxiety and advocating for underrepresented groups in the workplace.
