Alison is responsible for the International risk and insurance programme for Google and for the operations of Alphabet’s captive insurance companies.
She joined Google in 2018 and is based in London. Her role includes integration with Google product teams, coordination of analytics, design and placement of international programmes, development of new products, compliance and alignment of risk transfer options.
Prior to joining Google, Alison worked as a Client Relationship Director for Willis Towers Watson in London, responsible for looking after complex clients. She spent 18 years working overseas in Bermuda, Hawaii and California holding various roles related to Captives and Alternative Risk programmes, including Head of Office (Hawaii) for Marsh and Business Development Leader (Americas) for Aon. Alison also held underwriting positions with RSA and Royal London.
