Lorene Phillips, PCC, ACII is an executive consultant, leadership strategist and former international underwriting executive with more than 25 years of experience across Bermuda, London, the United States, and Europe. As Founder and CEO of Clarendon Wallace, she partners with senior leaders and their teams to strengthen leadership effectiveness, executive presence, communication, and performance when the stakes are high.

An ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Systemic Team Coach, Chartered Insurer, speaker, and author, Lorene is known for her practical insight, commercial acumen and ability to translate leadership concepts into meaningful action. She has coached and advised hundreds of professionals across the insurance, financial services, public, and private sectors, helping leaders build influence, navigate complexity and achieve sustainable results.

Lorene serves on the Board of Business Insurance Women to Watch, as well as the Boards of the Bermuda Foundation for Insurance Studies and the Bermuda College Foundation. She is currently completing her forthcoming book, Built to Win: New Strategies for Success, which explores the leadership and career strategies professionals need to thrive in today's evolving workplace.
