Dorothee is the CEO of Marsh McLennan in Denmark. She started her consulting career almost 14 years ago at Mercer in London, where she advised multinationals on their global benefit and HR strategies. After London, she transferred to Mercer’s Sweden office and spent some time in Mexico City, supporting multinationals and their local entities. About eight years ago, she relocated to Denmark to build up the international consulting practice for Mercer. She became the CEO of both Mercer and Marsh in April 2023, after having led Mercer for the last five years. Dorothee has two children. She spends all her spare time with her family. Dorothee loves to write, and after having published two children books (one she jointly wrote with her five year old son), she is going to publish a non-fiction book on female leadership in November 2023.
