What began in 2006 as a pioneering awards program has evolved into a dynamic platform for leadership, education, and empowerment—elevating women from commercial insurance, risk management, consulting, law, and beyond. In 2017, we expanded our reach globally with the launch of the EMEA Women to Watch Awards, recognizing outstanding professionals across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
