Graham McCarthy is a Partner in Specialty Broking at McGill and Partners. Graham drives focused and tailored solutions for complex client needs, leveraging his deep expertise in international reinsurance markets, captive management, coverage structures and carrier relationships.

Graham has more than two decades of experience in the international insurance industry. Previously, he held senior leadership positions at other leading global brokers, including as Executive Director, Chief Executive, and Chief Risk Officer, where he led captive and reinsurance advisory on a global scale. In these roles, he coordinated teams across multiple domiciles and delivered strategic reinsurance strategies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is ACII qualified.
