As the SRS Titanium Managing Director and Chief Governance, Regulatory, & Compliance (GRC) Officer, Sandy brings to SRS a wealth of knowledge and experience. Sandy focuses on providing SRS clients with strategies for regulatory and GRC standards within their captives. Using these strategies will help SRS clients to make the most of their captives for their overall business success.

Sandy was with the Vermont Department of Financial Regulation's Captive Insurance Division since 1997. She was appointed as Deputy Commissioner effective September 1, 2022, after serving as her predecessor's principal staff member for 14 years.

In 2018, Sandy was a recipient of the Women to Watch Award by Business Insurance for her leadership, expertise, and accomplishments in the captive insurance industry.

In 2024, Sandy was nominated and selected as one of the top 50 female leaders in the captive industry by Captive International.

The 2024 and 2025 Captive Review Power 50, which recognizes the most influential professionals in the global captive insurance industry, named Sandy at #1.
