Joe Streck joined Innovative Captive Strategies (ICS) in 2017. As AVP of Consulting & Management, Joe is responsible for managing the ICS domestic captive consulting & management team whose activities include accounting and financial reporting, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, coordinating with services providers, and various other activities for captives under management. Additionally, Joe works on captive feasibility studies, financial modeling, and leads the formation and licensing process for new captives in domestic domiciles and provides ongoing captive consulting services to clients.

Joe has over 9 years of experience in captive consulting & management and over 17 years of total experience in insurance accounting, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting. He has expertise on both property & casualty and employee benefit captives. Joe has experience working on captive types including single parent, group captives (onshore & offshore), cell captives, reciprocals, RRGs, not-for-profit, and municipal/governmental. Joe enjoys guiding and developing new and creative ways to leverage the capabilities of captives to best assist clients with unique needs while developing strong long-lasting relationships..
 
Joe graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. In addition to his education, Streck is a licensed Property and Casualty Producer in the state of Montana, is a member of the Utah Captive Insurance Association, and a member of the Captive Insurance Companies Association. Joe works out of ICS’s Bigfork, Montana office.
