Brendan Helt serves as Vice President for Artex Risk Solutions, where he plays a leading role in cell and single-parent captive consulting across North America. He serves as the key relationship manager throughout the captive evaluation, feasibility, and formation process. Brendan specializes in single-parent and cell captive solutions, with a strong focus on helping clients design tailored programs that support long-term risk management and financial goals.
With over a decade of experience in alternative risk financing, Brendan brings a consultative and strategic approach to captive structure, implementation, and regulatory navigation. He works with organizations across a wide range of industries—including manufacturing, healthcare, real estate, hospitality, and construction—and supports client formations in leading domiciles such as Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, and throughout the U.S.
Prior to joining Artex, Brendan spent eight years at a national retail brokerage, where he specialized in complex property and casualty placements. Brendan studied Political Science and Economics at Allegheny College, and is an associate of the American Institute of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters. In 2025, Brendan was recognized by Captive International as one of the industry’s Forty Under 40, celebrating his leadership and impact in the captive insurance space.
