Sven leads the organization’s high-level engagements with global employee benefit carriers, ensuring innovative and effective solutions for multinational clients.
With over 23 years of expertise in employee benefits, Sven has spent the last 15+ years building strong relationships with global corporations and international consultants, specializing in global benefit strategies and services. Before joining Aon in 2019, Sven held senior roles within leading EB insurer networks, most recently heading the Generali Employee Benefits team for the WEMEA region.
