She serves as Director of Corporate Risk Management at Johnson & Johnson, where she leads global risk strategy, enterprise risk initiatives, and insurance programs for one of the world’s largest healthcare companies. Erin has advanced through multiple leadership roles, building deep expertise in property and casualty insurance, workers’ compensation, M&A due diligence, and complex claims management. Her work plays a key role in safeguarding global operations, assets, and workforce. Before joining Johnson & Johnson, Erin held leadership positions at Marsh, where she served as Vice President, and at AIG, where she worked as a Claim Account Manager.
