Louise joined KeyBank’s Boston Middle Market Banking team in January 2021. KeyBank, headquartered in Cleveland, OH, is one of the nation’s largest regional banks, with over $186BN in assets. Louise is focused on generating new and deepening existing client relationships with middle market businesses throughout the New England area. More specifically, Louise also covers the Vermont market including all Captive Insurance managers. Louise has over 20 years of experience in Banking and Capital Markets, working in the end-to-end loan origination cycle.

Prior to joining KeyBank, Louise was a Director of Capital Markets at G2 Capital Advisors (“G2”), a Boston-based boutique investment bank, where she focused on raising debt and equity and providing other financial advisory solutions for middle market clients seeking to rapidly grow their businesses, execute strategic acquisitions, or navigate complex operational and financial challenges.

Prior to joining G2, Louise was a Director in the Loan Capital Markets - Syndications Group at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (“SMBC”) in NYC, supporting origination and underwriting for large and middle market corporations, in the context of refinancing, acquisition financing or leveraged buyout transactions. Louise also spent 10 years at BNP Paribas in NYC where she held various roles in the Loan Capital Markets, Corporate Investment Banking and Restructuring groups. Notably, through the Great Recession, she contributed to the development of workout action plans for the restructuring of distressed companies across multiple sectors in order to maximize recovery for the bank, particularly in deals where BNP Paribas acted as Agent / Left Lead Arranger.

Louise is a Board member of FACCNE and Chair of FACC’Fin, the Finance forum of the Chamber.

Louise holds a Masters in International Management from the Audencia Graduate School of Management in Nantes, France. She currently resides in Winchester, MA with her two sons and baby daughter, and is an avid tennis player.
