Diana is the Chief Operating Officer of RH CPAs, PLLC. She is responsible for leadership and operations of the firm with multiple offices in the United States, one overseas and remote employees. Diana’s focuses on a results oriented measurable outcomes that prioritize efficiency, productivity, and profitability not only for the Firm, but also the Firm’s clients. She is a demonstrated leader with confidence in making critical decisions to help her clients and staff members of the Firm. Diana’s responsibilities include overseeing audits ranging from multi-billion dollar life insurance companies to small insurance companies reporting on Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, to Statutory Accounting Principles to International Financial Reporting Standards. In addition to her auditing work, Diana performs forensic and fraud investigative services. Diana’s extracurricular philanthropic activities include Past Chair of the North Carolina Captive Insurance Association, Captive Insurance Companies Association Conference Planning Committee and Co-Chair of the NextGen Committee, and Immediate Past Chair of Triad Goodwill.
