As Practice Leader of Marsh Captive Solutions, I lead a dynamic team of over 600 captive insurance specialists globally, dedicated to delivering innovative alternative risk transfer and risk financing solutions. Our mission is to help manage our clients' Total Cost of Risk (TCOR) and to support them in their journey, and I am proud to say that Marsh manages one in every four captives worldwide. As the largest captive manager in the industry, we leverage unique insights, trends, and best practices that not only enhance our clients' success but also contribute to the advancement of the risk management and insurance sector.

Will has wide experience of different captive structures including both offshore and onshore models, single parent captives, group captives, cell companies and SPV arrangements. In addition Will has worked with many third party insurers who have set up operations in captive domiciles.

Prior to joining Marsh in 2004, Will worked with Deloitte in the UK. Will is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, and is an Associate in Risk Management with the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (Insurance Institute of America).

Will obtained a Master’s degree in Earth Sciences (Geology) from Oxford University.
