Justin McCracken is a managing director and casualty client executive within the National Casualty Practice within Brown & Brown Risk Solutions (formerly Beecher Carlson). He serves a broad range of large and complex clients including prominent names in the real estate, hospitality, gaming and manufacturing industries. Justin’s responsibilities include strategic evaluation, design and implementation of traditional and alternative risk financing programs, captive formation and utilization supported by actuarial and analytics teams. He has strong working knowledge of the global (re)insurance marketplace and routinely works with London, European and Bermuda based carriers.

Justin also brings extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions providing risk management consultation for over 50 transactions in both the private and public sectors. In this capacity he served as project leader working closely with finance and legal teams to evaluate the economic impact of historical insurance programs, legacy liability solutions and the pre and post close insurance considerations.

Justin first joined Brown & Brown in 2006 and holds a BBA in Risk Management & Insurance from The University of Georgia.
