Prior to joining Marsh in 2018, Queena held risk control and transformation roles in the banking industry. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business, with honors, from Rutgers University. Currently completing her Master’s degree in Information and Knowledge Strategy at Columbia University, she combines her academic insights with extensive industry experience to develop and implement comprehensive captive solutions and services.
