Tim is an executive at Lockton and leader in the healthcare industry. He started his career in the operations world at a Fortune 50 company culminating in a COO role. Tim eventually became an insurance consultant in response to years of frustration on how the insurance procurement process was delivered to him as a buyer. Over the many years of his career, Tim has helped clients form captives, as well as identify and structure myriad other alternative risk financing options and consulted with healthcare organizations around the country. Always leveraging his experience as a user/buyer of insurance Tim brings a different mindset to his clients. As a former COO, Tim knows the client side of the business and understands the need for value add in a way that most insurance professionals simply don’t. Tim is a sought after speaker and educator having been published numerous times, and engages in speaking/educational seminars around the country frequently. Tim is also a veteran of the US Army and serves on several boards including for profit and nonprofit entities. Tim received his undergraduate degree from Penn State and his graduate degree from Temple University. While operating globally, Tim also stays grounded in his roots and was recently name a Philadelphia Top 25 Power Player by Philadelphia Style Magazine.
