As a consultant for Hylant, Alexandra brings ten years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus captive consulting, strategy and advisory.

Alexandra will help the Global Captive Solutions team by collaborating closely with clients to understand their key exposures, as well as their industry trends. Alexandra will play a key role in anticipating any needs of the client by utilising her background of actuaries and analytics.

Alexandra also brings to Hylant a diverse background of working across several difference domiciles and types of captives, specifically in EMEA. She is a member of the CII and an Associate Board member of Insurance Charitable Association (IICF).

Alexandra received her bachelor’s in economics and politics from the University of Southampton as well as earned her PG in Captive
Insurance Management from Glasgow Caledonian University.

Alexandra also holds an Associates of Chartered Insurance as well as her Chartered Insurance Practitioner designation.
