Dan Mogan is a director of finance and technology in the Risk Management Department at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. With more than 1,300 hotels in 76 countries, Hyatt strives to be the preferred choice for its guests, colleagues, and owners. The Hyatt Risk Management team includes 22 colleagues who provide global organizational support in the areas of insurance procurement, insurance claim management, health, safety, and security. Dan has been with Hyatt for 10 years and previously held roles within its Corporate Accounting and Internal Audit departments. Prior to joining Hyatt, Dan was an associate at KPMG. He holds bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance from Arizona State University as well as master’s degrees in information systems and technology management respectively from Northwestern University and Georgetown University. Dan resides in Chicago, Illinois and enjoys traveling as much as possible in his spare time.
