David Shoaff currently holds the position of Director of Risk Management at Red Lobster, having joined the company in July 2014. Prior to his role at Red Lobster, he served as the Claims Manager for Office Depot and the Regional Workers' Compensation Manager for Service Master.



Actively engaged in the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS), David serves on the Board of Directors (BOD), showcasing his commitment to advancing the field of risk management at a broader level.



With a career spanning back to 1997, David has amassed extensive experience in claims, risk management, and investigations. His dedicated background in the industry has earned him respect as a seasoned professional, contributing significantly to the success and resilience of the organizations he has been associated with throughout his career.
