Alex joined Enstar as VP of M&A in 2021, and has worked on a variety of run-off transactions ranging from the tens of millions to the billions including Loss Portfolio Transfers, Adverse Development Covers and Share Purchases. Prior to Enstar, Alex was part of the restructuring team at KPMG Bermuda and prior to that, he worked as a reinsurance broker with JLT Re in London.
