Nick is the Chairman of Davies Captive Management Limited (Davies) and has over 38 years of experience in the Bermuda Insurance Industry. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountane in England and Wales and received a BA degree in Accountancy from the University of Portsmouth.
He moved to Bermuda in 1986 with a leading firm of chartered Accountants, where he specialized in audits of captives and developed expertise in Bermuda law, Investments and banking.
He joined Skandia Internaüonal Risk Management Ltd. in 1988 and over the years has helped form and manage numerous captive Insurance companies.
In his current role, Nick oversees the management of over 150 captives and rent-a-captive programs, which include groups, single parent, and associations, and serves on the Board of a number of Captive Insurance Companies.
Nick is also a member of the Executive Board of Directors of the Bermuda Captive Network.
