Timae Flood is Assistant Director in Bermuda Monetary Authority’s Insurance Supervision department with over 15 years’ experience in Bermuda’s insurance sector. In her role, Timae is responsible for monitoring limited purpose insurers’ activity through review and analysis on complex insurer returns and applications, financial and prudential filings, as well as overseeing regulatory compliance with laws, regulations, codes, plans, license restrictions and procedures.



Timae joined the Authority in 2005 as an Analyst. In this role, she conducted analysis of the Island’s regulated insurance companies. In 2007, Timae joined Risk Management Solutions as a Senior Account Associate before re-joining the Authority in 2009 as a Senior Analyst. She was appointed Principal in September 2012 and then to Assistant Director in 2015.



Timae holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Hartford in Connecticut and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
