With 35 years of experience, Kay Eisenstein is the Vice President - Captives & Reinsurance Manager U.S. National Accounts in Zurich North America. She is responsible for leading the team that supports the underwriting community in developing innovative, tailored, compliant solutions and for Fronted Captive and Domestic and International programs for various lines of business.

Since joining Zurich, Eisenstein has held a variety of roles within Zurich, starting in Financial Reporting before gaining experience in Reinsurance Accounting, International Property Underwriting and Credit Risk - Financial Analyst prior to her current role.
