Gaby is the Head of Great Britain for WTW & Head of EX Consulting for Europe. She has over 20 years’ experience leading teams and supporting business transformation and employee experience projects on a pan-European and global basis.
As the Head of EX Consulting for Europe, Gaby leads a team of European leaders, identifying synergies and driving growth in EX across all our European markets. Her work with clients is focused on organisation effectiveness, culture transformation, change management, communications, leadership development and broader talent management issues. She helps organisations successfully implement and embed people-related change and drive desired outcomes, through acting as a trusted, strategic advisor for new and existing clients. Her experience spans multiple sectors and she has worked with many global organisations such as BMS, RBS, HSBC, AXA, NBCUI, GE, Allianz and Maersk on large-scale projects.
As Head of Great Britain for WTW, Gaby plays a vital role in executing WTW’s ‘simplify and transform to grow’ strategy. She works closely with GB business leaders to facilitate smart connections across the company and supports colleagues in the growth and retention of key clients and prospects. As a geography leader, Gaby drives the implementation of our Inclusion & Diversity strategy for GB and is committed to creating an inclusive working environment where everyone is heard and respected.
Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson in February 2000, Gaby worked in Paris as a consultant with an independent Marketing and PR consultancy.
