Lori Dickerson Fouché is currently a director of The Kraft Heinz Company, Hippo Enterprises Inc., Gusto, Inc., Grameen America and the Princeton University Board of Trustees. Lori has spent most of her career working in financial services. Most recently Lori served as Chief Executive Officer of TIAA Financial Solutions. At TIAA she was responsible for retirement, banking, insurance, and wealth management, as well as enterprise marketing. Lori joined TIAA after a series of leadership roles at Prudential Financial. As Group Head, Individual Solutions for Prudential she was responsible for leading all retail businesses and products, including individual annuities, life insurance, and wealth management. Lori was also President, Prudential Annuities, and Chief Executive Officer of Prudential Group Insurance. Before Prudential Financial, Lori was President and Chief Executive Officer of Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, a top 20 property & casualty insurer focused on personal, commercial, and specialty insurance businesses. She also served as President, Commercial Insurance and as Senior Vice President, Specialty Insurance. Lori also held senior positions in strategy, marketing, and global product management for management and professional liability insurance products at Chubb. She was also a Principal and management consultant at The Parthenon Group.

Lori earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB in History with a certificate in American Studies from Princeton University. She has served on the boards of multiple community and business groups including, Girls Inc., LL Global, and President Obama’s My Brother’s Keeper Alliance, and is a member of the Executive Leadership Council. She has received many awards and recognition in her career, including inclusion on Black Enterprise magazine’s list of the Top 300 Most Powerful Black Executives and Fortune magazine’s Most Powerful Women.
