Natina Berry is an accomplished insurance professional with over 20 years of experience in underwriting, commercial insurance, and account management. She currently serves as a Senior Underwriter at Freberg Environmental, where she evaluates and manages new and renewal business, develops marketing and sales strategies, and skillfully negotiates deal structures with brokers.

Natina's career spans various roles, including leadership positions in commercial lines, brokerage, and risk management. She has a proven track record in analyzing policies, delivering compelling sales presentations, and maintaining strong relationships with wholesalers and underwriters to support business retention. Her expertise extends across a broad range of coverage lines, including General Liability, Pollution Liability, Property, Directors & Officers, EPLI, Cyber Liability, and more.

In addition to her professional achievements, Natina is deeply committed to advancing diversity and inclusion within the insurance industry. She currently serves as the Vice President Chair of the NAAIA New York Tri-State Chapter and as a board member for the RIMS New York Chapter. She was also an active committee member of Everest Insurance's employee resource group, where she contributed to various initiatives that foster a more inclusive workplace.
