David Rhoden serves as Vice President of Culture and Inclusion at Chubb. In this role, David is responsible for executing an overarching strategy to accelerate diversity, equity, and inclusion progress for North America and Global functions. He works as a collaborative partner to the HR leadership team and oversees the Chubb North America Business Roundtables. He stewards strategic partnerships with external organizations and participates in industry initiatives to strengthen Chubb’s client relationships and brand recognition.
David believes that equity and inclusion are foundational elements of building a diverse workforce where each person can thrive and authentically contribute to the organization’s performance.
