Stacy Johnson has more than 20 years of experience as a business professional with a variety of public and private organizations.
Stacy specializes in helping organizations achieve operational excellence through the design and implementation of systems that catalyze organizational change. She has extensive experience in the design and implementation of whole system programs which affect organizational and employee engagement, learning management systems, and other talent management initiatives. Stacy applies her organizational development and functional skills to design, develop, and implement successful business solutions. Her areas of expertise include training, facilitation, performance management, and organizational realignment.
Prior to coming to Risk Strategies, Stacy was most recently employed by Raymond James & Associates. Her project experience includes:
• Collaboration with Diversity and Inclusion office and Instructional Designers to create a diversity and inclusion pathway of learning for all associates in the firm. As a result more associates are educated and comfortable with DEI.
• Utilization of expert facilitation skills in conducting leadership and professional development programs for mid to senior level employees.
• Courses designed and facilitated to impact development of firm associates – Difficult Conversations, Time Management, Delegation, Strategic Planning, and Effective Communication Skills for Associates.
• Management of Situational Leadership II and other core learning programs for leadership development.
