Christina started her career in sales at Pitney Bowes and moved into product management where she ultimately found her passion for innovation. Prior to joining MMC, Christina served as Chief Operating Officer of Switzerland-based Think Tools, Inc. and established their U.S. presence.
In 2004, Christina joined Marsh McLennan Companies (MMC) and worked at Oliver Wyman, Marsh, and MMC Corporate where she served as Global Head of Innovation.
