A technology entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience, Todd has founded and helped build multiple high-growth software companies that have generated more than $5 billion in market value. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Silknet (acquired by Kana), Unica (acquired by IBM), and Newforma.
Under Todd's leadership, the 4WARN team works with insurers, reinsurers, transportation companies, healthcare organizations, and government agencies to identify, understand, and respond to emerging digital threats that traditional internal systems often miss.
Todd earned degrees in Physics, Astronomy, and Mathematics from Bates College and completed advanced studies at the Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics at Harvard University.
