Noah is a well-known strategist with nearly two decades of policy and political expertise in the public and private sectors. At Invariant, Noah Marine advises Invariant’s clients and executives on financial services, digital assets, insurance, tax, and housing issues. Before Invariant, Noah ran federal government relations for Travelers Insurance. Previously, Noah was the legislative director for Representative Ed Perlmutter (D-CO), where he served as a senior advisor to the congressman on the House Financial Services committee. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara and his master’s in public policy from the American University.
