Speaker Bio
Jeffrey Gallimore is an accomplished executive and strategic entrepreneur with more than three decades of comprehensive experience in insurance, operations, business transformation, executive coaching, media, brand strategy, and organizational leadership. In 2008, he launched a consulting practice focused on strategic advisory, operational optimization, leadership development, and business model innovation—serving enterprise clients across insurance, professional services, and emerging ventures.
Throughout his career, Gallimore has held extensive leadership roles spanning commercial insurance, specialty products, national accounts, small business operations, and large-scale organizational transformation. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer for U.S. National Accounts at Zurich North America, a ~$11B business unit, where he translated executive strategy into consistent execution across complex, multinational organizations. Earlier, as Vice President of Operations for AIG Small Business, he implemented transformative automation and renewal strategies that achieved 85% retention, reduced transaction costs significantly, and compressed submission turnaround time from days to hours.
In 2026, Gallimore partnered with Dr. Leroy D. Nunery II to co-create and launch "The Next Move Business Playbook," a podcast series exploring current trends in career development, professional advancement, and organizational culture. The podcast has garnered significant audience engagement and is expanding into Season 2, beginning September 2026.
Gallimore's recent advisory engagements include strategic consultation on growth acceleration initiatives with emerging venture-backed companies and premium advisory roles with AI-driven technology firms. He has served as strategic advisor on business development, go-to-market strategy, and organizational positioning for multiple portfolio companies and emerging platforms.
Beyond corporate leadership, Gallimore has been recognized throughout his career for driving measurable impact on customer experience, operational efficiency, and organizational agility. In 2025, he was honored with the NAAIA Lifetime Achievement Award, reflecting his enduring contributions to the insurance sector and commitment to mentoring emerging leaders. He was also named one of Savoy's Most Influential Executives in Corporate America (2022 and 2024) and received the Water Street Club's Insurance Executive Trailblazer Award (2024). During his tenure at Zurich, he earned the company's prestigious KAMP Award (2023) for leadership excellence.
Gallimore is deeply committed to community development and youth mentorship. He has long supported skill development programs and currently serves as a coach with the New Jersey Roadrunners AAU basketball program, where he leads youth development initiatives. He sponsors basketball camps and skill-development programs in partnership with the Newark Mayor's Office and is an active mentor to emerging executives and entrepreneurs navigating career transitions and business building.
Gallimore currently resides in Essex Fells, NJ with his family and is a basketball fan/coach and enjoys traveling.
